Any return request made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

  • The customer did not like the product (only for products that come with company warranty/guarantee)

3. Products Eligible for Return

Returns are accepted only for products that include an official company warranty or guarantee, as clearly mentioned on the product page.

The item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Be returned with original packaging, accessories, and warranty card (if provided)
  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products without company warranty or guarantee
  • Personal care, hygiene, or health-related products
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer
  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)

5. Return Approval Process

All returns require prior approval.
